PRP + PRF Training
Theoretical Part:
- Platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin in tissue regeneration.
- The role of growth factors, stem cells, and fibrin in regenerative processes.
- Indications for PRP and PRF in aesthetic medicine.
- Contraindications for autologous procedures.
- Treatment protocols and patient preparation.
- Post-treatment care and recommendations.
- Materials and instruments required for PRP and PRF preparation.
Practical Part:
- Procedures for obtaining next-generation PRP and PRF.
- Preparation and injection techniques for PRP.
- Preparation and injection techniques for PRF.
- Live demonstration by the trainer.
- Hands-on practice: each participant performs procedures under supervision.
Training details:
- Duration: approx. 4 hours.
- Each participant receives a certificate and training presentation.
- You work on your own model.
The PRP/PRF Training is usually combined with Biofiller Training.
Autologous Exosomes Training
Theoretical Part:
- Biology and classification of extracellular vesicles and exosomes
- Differences between exosomes, microvesicles, and apoptotic bodies
- Mechanisms of action of platelet-derived exosomes (PTL-EXO)
- Autologous vs allogeneic exosome therapies
- Legal and regulatory positioning of autologous exosome procedures
- Clinical indications and treatment planning
- Contraindications, adverse event management, and patient safety
- Documentation, consent, and professional responsibilities
Practical Part:
- Live trainer demonstration of the complete AutologIX workflow
- Supervised hands-on practice with venepuncture and PRP preparation
- Correct setup and operation of the AutologIX ultrafiltration system
- Safe handling and recovery of the final exosome concentrate
- Injection techniques adapted to aesthetic and trichology applications
- Post-treatment care and follow-up protocols
Training details:

Biofiller Training
Theoretical Part:
- Protocols for obtaining SKIN UP.
- Indications for autologous procedures.
- Contraindications for autologous procedures.
- Patient preparation before the treatment.
- Post-treatment care and recommendations.
- Materials and instruments required for autologous filler preparation.
- Reconstruction vs. regeneration – how to position the treatment in your clinic?
- Basic injection techniques with the use of autologous filler.
Practical Part:
- Protocol for autologous filler preparation in practice – different homogenization techniques.
- Live demonstration performed by the trainer.
- Hands-on training: each participant performs procedures under supervision (using both needle and cannula):
– Lip augmentation and reshaping,
– Contouring and defining the cupid’s bow,
– Tear Trough correction,
– Facial volumetric treatments: modelling of cheeks, chin, nose, earlobes, jawline, and hands.

Venepuncture for PRP/PRF Training
Module 1 – Introduction, Scope & Professional Practice
This module introduces venepuncture within aesthetic medicine and clarifies its distinction from phlebotomy. Learners will understand professional accountability, scope of practice, consent, documentation, and the importance of CPD.
Module 2 – Anatomy & Physiology for Venepuncture
This module covers the structure and function of the venous system. Key veins of the antecubital fossa (median cubital, cephalic, basilic) are explored. Learners will differentiate veins from arteries and understand nerve proximity to minimise injury.
Module 3 – Health, Safety & Infection Control
Topics include standard precautions, hand hygiene, PPE, skin antisepsis, bloodborne pathogens, needle components, needlestick injury management, cleaning of reusable equipment, and sharps disposal.
Module 4 – Equipment & Clinical Preparation
The module introduces venepuncture equipment used in aesthetic practice. Learners will understand the use of needles, butterfly systems, vacutainers, tourniquets, PRP/PRF tubes, and correct preparation of a clean clinical field.
Module 5 – Venepuncture Technique & Blood Processing
This module provides a step-by-step venepuncture technique. Learners will cover vein selection, tourniquet application, palpation, needle insertion, blood collection, haemostasis, and post-procedure care. Centrifugation principles and anticoagulant vs non-anticoagulant protocols for PRP and PRF are explained.
Module 6 – Consultation, Contraindications & Contra-actions
This module addresses consultation, informed consent, and client suitability. Contraindications such as poor veins, infection, oedema, and vascular conditions are identified. Contra-actions including haematoma, fainting, nerve contact, and arterial puncture are explained with management guidance.
Module 7 – Legal, Ethical & Regulatory Framework
Training details:
- Duration: approx. 3 hours.
- Each participant receives a certificate and presentation.
- You work on your own model.
